Exchanges & Replacement Policy
Welcome to www.watermelonsugar.in, operated by Watermelon Sugar.
1. Exchange Window
Watermelon Sugar does not accept returns.
However, customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- All original tags and labels must remain intact
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be unwashed and undamaged
Products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Watermelon Sugar reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not pass quality inspection.
3. Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Jabla
- Rompers
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Only one exchange per order will be permitted.
If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference along with applicable shipping charges before dispatch.
If the exchanged item has a lower price, the difference amount will not be refunded or issued as store credit.
5. Exchange Shipping
For exchanges requested by the customer:
- Customers must self-ship the product to our return address
- Return courier charges must be borne by the customer
Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.
Shipping charges for sending the exchanged product back to the customer will also be borne by the customer.
6. Incorrect or Missing Product
If a customer receives:
- A wrong product, or
- A missing item in the package
The customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
7. Replacement for Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
If a customer receives a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong size, style, or item sent by mistake)
The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team and providing clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
After verification:
- Watermelon Sugar will arrange a pickup of the product
- The company will bear the shipping cost for both return and replacement delivery
Once the returned product passes inspection, we will dispatch the replacement as soon as possible.
Replacement of the same product, print, or size is subject to stock availability.
If the exact item is unavailable, the customer may choose another product from our collection.
If the selected product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.
If the selected product costs less, the difference amount will not be refunded or issued as store credit.
8. Conditions for Replacement Approval
To be eligible for replacement:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The product must not show signs of wear, stains, damage, or alterations
- Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Watermelon Sugar reserves the right to reject replacement requests if these conditions are not met.
9. Size Selection Responsibility
Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart available on the product page before placing an order.
Watermelon Sugar will not be responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer. Exchanges for size-related issues will be processed according to the exchange policy and may require the customer to bear applicable shipping charges.
10. Product Inspection & Hygiene Policy
All exchanged products undergo quality inspection before approval.
Exchanges will not be accepted if the product:
- Has been worn, washed, or used
- Has perfume, deodorant, detergent, or body odor
- Contains stains, marks, or damage
- Has missing tags or removed labels
For hygiene reasons, products that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.
11. Color & Appearance Disclaimer
While we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and device display differences.
Such minor variations will not be considered a product defect.
Watermelon Sugar reserves the final right to accept or reject any exchange or replacement request based on product inspection and policy compliance.
