Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Tamil Nadu, India.
Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

4.Cash on Delivery
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders placed through our website.

Please note: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If a tampered package is accepted by the customer, Watermelon Sugar may not be liable for claims related to missing or damaged items.
Recommendation: Customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video while opening the package for verification in case of any issue.

Watermelon Sugar ships across most serviceable locations within India through third-party courier partners.
However, delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer or may not be possible depending on courier service availability.

Watermelon Sugar may observe holiday closures of up to 4–7 days during certain festival periods. Orders placed during these periods may experience processing and delivery delays.
